In Terms of Use, your right and duty to use this service are prescribed.

                                 USER AGREEMENT

(MEMBERSHIP)

Article 1
1.We define the term of “member” as an individual that completes all application process upon the agreement of this agreement.
2.We define the term of “membership information” as that relates to the member, including your personal information and dealing history.
3.Every member shall read and understand this agreement when you apply, and you shall follow it after that.


(MEMBER ACCOUNT) 

Article 2
1.MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATION:
You will be qualified as our member at the time when your application process is completed. You have to carry your process forward by yourself after understanding all the terms of this agreement. We will not allow you to have a third party take the procedure on behalf of you. We have the right to decline your application when we consider you do not meet all the requirement or your membership has been revoked in the past.
2.YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS:
When you work the application, please read the instruction carefully and make sure to input your information correctly. You may use only letters and numbers on it. If you use symbols that you may not use, we are entitled to change them without any notice. 
3.PASSWORD:
The password that we provide you has to be used only by you. You may not let a third party use it either temporarily or perpetually.
You have to be responsible to maintain your password. We recommend you to change it regularly so that third parties will not able to put your password to use.
All procedures dealt with us under your password will be considered as your declaration of intent. You will assume responsibility for all the transactions with your password.


(CHANGE OF YOUR INFORMATION) 

Article 3
1.You are expected to contact us as soon as possible when your information, such as your name or your address, has to be modified. 
2.We will not take any responsibility if you get damage or loss caused by not informing your change(s) to us. We would like you to understand that every transaction will be made based on information at the time of the procedure. 


(CLOSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP)

Article 4
1.You will submit a notice of withdrawal by yourself when you would like to void your membership. Your membership will be considered as closed when all the process is completed.
2.We do not have any obligation to refund your payment you have made before your withdrawal procedure is concluded. In addition, your membership closing will not mean that you have the right to make a claim to us. 


(MEMBER’S OBLIGATION)

Article 5
1.We have the right to disqualify your membership when:
you make a false report on your application;
you fail to make a payment that you are obligated;
you neglect your liabilities upon transaction; and
your behavior is considered to be inappropriate as our member.
2.You will be obligated to bear the liability for our losses if:
you use fake ID, fake numbers or fake passwords;
you alter information on our website upon your illegal performance of cracking;
you falsify records on our website upon your illegal performance of cracking;
you send us computer virus or any kind of program that may destroy our system;
you make any kind of performance that may damage our transactions;
you infringe on our intellectual property rights of the products; and
you fail to carry out the terms of this user agreement.


(PRIVACY POLICY)

Article 6
1.We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your permission. You agree that we may disclose your personal information only under:
verified requests by law enforcement and government officials who conduct criminal investigations; and
requirement to protect the rights, the profits and the safety of others.
2.Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient and customized experience. You agree that we may use your personal information to:
provide the services and customer support you request;
resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;
inform you our service updates and promotional offers; and
improve our services.
3.We may issue articles, advertising and other information that will be sent to your email address. You may ask us to stop the subscription. However, you may not refuse to receive information based on our services.


(PAYMENT)

Article 7
1.When you bear obligations to us, the means of payment shall depend on the one, which we approve every each member among methods listed below.
I.To transfer to the account of the financial institution we appoint.
II.To pay by credit card we approve.
III.To arrange the debit authorization at the financial institutions we appoint.
2.When you fail to complete your payment transaction by the deadline, you will obligate finance charges in addition to arrears. Your APRs, or annual percentage rates, will be 21% and the finance charge will be calculated based on the number of days overdue.
3.We will not have any responsibility for dispute between you and your credit companies, collection companies or financial institutions. You will resolve dispute under your arrangement.


(RESTRICTION)

Article 8
When you use our services, you may not:
violate this agreement and the law;
violate the rights, profit and safety of third parties and us;
perform the act that may exercise a injurious influence upon juveniles;
behave against public order and standard decency;
threaten other users and third parties, or give them unpleasant feelings; 
fail to give us your correct information;
send us harmful computer programs and improper mails;
access our computer systems, servers and other programs illegally;
give your password to third parties, or share it with them; and
act any inappropriate manner. 


(SERVICE SUSPENSION)

Article 9
In order to keep it satisfactorily, we may suspend our service partly or wholly without notice when:
we need to have regular or urgent maintenance of the system; 
the system gets overloaded temporarily;
we have difficulties to maintain the system due to disaster, power outage or illegal interference by third parties; and
we have serious problems to maintain the system.


(CHANGE OF SERVICE)

Article 10
We are entitled to change, modify or discontinue our service partly or wholly without notice.


(INDEMNITY)

Article 11
1.We will not have responsibility for your damage and loss due to suspension, delay or loss of data because of interferences or difficulties of your communication line. 
2.We will not guarantee that contents we send you from our website or through our server domain contain nothing harmful.
3.We will not have obligation to any damage or loss due to or arising out your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
4.You will indemnify a third party and us when you cause damage or loss. We will have the right to claim compensation for damage or loss.
5.When you suffer a damage or loss because of our intentional or accidental negligence, we will compensate up to the amount of range of trading value of corresponding commodity.


(CHANGE/MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT) 

Article 12
We are entitled to amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the site we appoint. All amended terms shall automatically be effective at the time it is posted, and you will be considered to follow it.


(ARBITRATION AGREEMENT)

Article 13
Any dispute about this agreement or between members and us may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Japanese law. You shall file the dispute at the Osaka District Court in Japan as the first trial.
